An architecturally designed 4 bedroom family home by Neeson Murcutt Architects consisting of separate living zones, with distinct building elements, (1) A steel plate entry box and bridge, (2) a timber clad sleeping wing that floats across the site, and (3) a concrete living element that opens directly to a raised garden. This house was a serious challenge to typical Australian suburban house architecture at the time, but has become a pioneering template for Australian architecture today.
