This heritage significant home was restored and renovated in two phases.

 

The first phase of the project involved a complete and sympathetic restoration of the existing house, including internal re-configuration, and additional family room to the rear of the property, with undercover outdoor area and pool.

 

The second phase of the project involved excavation to the front of the property to allow for a two car garage, internal WC and wine cellar, and new covered internal entrance. Significant sandstone works and copper garage door create a frontage that pops, whilst seamlessly  integrating with the environment. A particularly lovely addition to the new outdoor area was the pre-cast concrete table tennis court.
