Meadowbank

This project involved the complete renovation of existing 1910 heritage significant semis in very bad condition. The brief included restoration of original features including ceilings, fireplaces and entrance balconies, and measures to increase privacy where possible, including fully motorised external timber shutters. A perimeter fence and significant landscaping added curb appeal.

 

In addition to the renovation, both semis also added a heritage sensitive two storey addition complete with new open plan kitchen/dining/living, two bedrooms, and main bathroom. A second storey was added to the existing garage of one of the semis to create a home office or granny flat, and timber windows and garage door to compliment the main house.
