Kurraba Point
Whilst the seclusion of this majestic property (at the end of a driveway servicing 3 properties, tucked away at the end of a small cul-de-sac) makes it so special, it certainly added a level of complexity to the build.

Technically a renovation, this project involved the complete gutting of the existing c1926 home, with the addition of a top level to take advantage of the sweeping views over the harbour and across to the city, the Bridge and North Sydney.

Elements of the build including oversized fixed frame glass, a sweeping staircase from ground level to the top floor, and custom wrought iron balustrading to Juliet balconies giving a gentle nod to it’s 1920s history, whilst other elements of the build deliver all that one would expect for modern day living.
Working alongside clients with a clear sense of their vision, a truly magnificent property was achieved.
