Located in Walsh Bay's prestigious The Pier, a complete luxury renovation was undertaken of the entire dual level apartment including new chef’s marble kitchen, marble bathrooms, master ensuite and full powder room upstairs. New hardwood oak floors were installed throughout and ducted air conditioning.

 

Synergy One Building worked closely with the building’s Concierge with particular attention to maintaining the neighbour’s quite enjoyment of their properties. Such measures required included full protection to lift and common corridor areas each morning, with clear access for residents throughout the day, and removal of protection and thorough clean of same at the end of each day. A pleasure to work with designer Andrew Cochrane and the client on this beautiful property.
