Architects: Marston Architects.
Featured in: O House by Marston Architects, words by Penny Craswell, Houses, Issue 146.
The scope of works to the front house involved converting it back from two dwellings to its original one dwelling. The unsympathetic extension to the front house and garage were demolished.
An addition to the front house was complicated by virtue of the steep block. The solution was to create a new raised addition with pool; connected seamlessly from the ground floor kitchen/dining space in the old part of the house.
Potts Point
Architect: Brad Swartz Architects.
Featured in: The Daily Telegraph Article 'Good Things in Small Packages', by Robyn Willis, April 16 2016
The re-imagining of this apartment was all about swapping space for amenity. Centrally located in the heart of Sydney where space is at a premium, the revamp included creation on a separate bedroom. Being a small space, precision measurement and quality building were essential to the successful outcome of the build.
